We are thrilled to be featuring 3 artists in Dollar this month…

Helen Welsh tries to capture the light and movement of everyday things she encounters, whether it be an unsuspecting deer or hedgerow flowers floating on the breeze.

Jane Blair comes from a design background which you can see immediately in her work, she endeavours to capture the moment and is so in tune to natures ever changing light, fleeting glimpses of change that make the everyday remarkable.

Heloise Maylin’s  work focuses on places and times within the natural world that are fleeting. Generally her paintings focus on moments where she captures native animals and birds, or a glimpse of a person within the landscape. At other times it is the changing light that inspires her.
