Stanley Bird works with a broad palette to create exciting images that seize the imagination, he works in acrylic and mixed media. His work ranges from large scale representational paintings to smaller more intimate paintings of animals and birds.

He has exhibited in many Scottish galleries, the Royal Glasgow Institute (RGI) Paisley Art institute (PAI) and the Royal Society of Painters in Watercolour (RSW).
